Workshop Ticket Terms and Conditions

Purchase of a ticket to one of the workshops hosted by Miyown Interiors is acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • The purchase of one (1) ticket is equal to one (1) person attending the workshop

  • Physical tickets are not issued. All correspondence and confirmation in relation to the event is communicated via email.

  • 100% refund of purchase price of a ticket is valid up to seven (7) days prior to the workshop date for cancellations

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket purchase price is applicable for a cancellation within a seven (7) day period of the workshop date (unless waived by Miyown Interiors)

  • For non attendance or 'no show' on the day of the workshop a cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket purchase price is applicable

  • In the event of Miyown Interiors having to cancel the event all participants are entitled to a 100% refund of ticket purchase price

  • In the event of Miyown Interiors postponing the date of the scheduled event the ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or a 100% refund of the ticket purchase price

  • Tickets are transferrable with notice to Miyown Interiors in writing. The cancellation terms and conditions as stated above apply to transferred tickets.

  • COVID-19: If tickets need to be cancelled within 7 days of the event due to testing positive or in isolation a refund of ticket price minus a $20 (Kwacha equivalent) per person administration fee applies. The option to transfer tickets to another workshop date will also apply. If an event needs to be cancelled due to Miyown Interiors host being affected by Covid-19 a full refund of ticket costs to attendees will apply.

  • For non attendance or 'no show' on the day of the workshop a cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket purchase price is applicable.

    • By entering the ticket areas you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for promotional activity.

    • Terms and conditions are prepared with your safety in mind.
